Who we are
Silent floor solutions started with a determined Mechanical Engineer, frustrated by a patch of annoying parquet floor that kept waking up his sleeping wife. Like many before him, the obvious solutions were considered. From lead powder and baby powder which weren't applicable, using screws and hammering wedges from beneath the subfloor would not be accessible. A completely different approach had to be taken.
The Eureka moment came in the middle of the night, and the following day, his wife slept happily ever after.
In the next months, the potential for this solution has revealed a market niche that has been waiting without a real solution, with millions of Canadian and American homes, businesses and heritage sites that can benefit from this technology. That was the beginning of 'Silent Floor Solutions'.
