Warranty

At Silent Floor Solutions we are confident enough in our process, that we will provide you with our limited warranty. Even if your floor is decades old, we are happy to cover our work with a warranty.
Warranty Duration: The duration of your warranty will depend on your specific project, and will be agreed upon during the in-home consultation. You can expect us to cover between 6month to 2 years with our warranty.
Terms: ‘3 Month No Questions’ policy – If you find a problem with our work within 90 days of our project completion, we will return to repair the project at no cost to you. ‘3+ Month Participation Fee’ policy – Because of the nature of the material, and potential for new squeaks appearing near our areas of work, a $50 participation fee is charged for every warranty claim, to offset some of our costs.
